Cubic Clustering Criterion Function?

Hello All,

I have a user that is interested in obtaining the CCC's for clusters derived from algorithms external to JMP, i.e. he wants to submit a clustering solution from his Fuzzy Modeling analysis to JMP to obtain the CCC's.  Does anyone know of a way to do this using a JMP function or script?

Hmm. You can import a distance matrix representation of the original data into JMP's clustering platform, but not a clustering solution -- JMP finds the solution. So it sounds like using the CCC calculation that is built into the clustering platform is not an option.

Scripting it doesn't look too bad, if you're not afraid of a little matrix algebra.
