Willingness to pay Estimation by using Mixed Logit Model (Discrete Choice Modelling)

i am novice here, i want to know, can i estimate willingness to pay by using mixed logit models? my research case is the discrete choice (mode of transport).

There is a Choice platform in JMP. It includes a Willingness to Pay analysis.
