I thought I would post a decision tree to help with understanding which agreement is needed for JMP/JMP Pro.
We essentially have two agreements; one for personal computers and one for non-personal computers.
If you can touch and pick-up the computer (PC in office) it most likely requires our standard license agreement.
With the non-personal, i.e., presentation agreements no batch or unattended processing is allowed. Accessing the JMP software through a browser, phone or tablet are not allowed and not supported.
