JMP Community User Feedback from Discovery 2018 CaryKeven Vedvick @ Exact Sciences:
- easy to use
- well-organized
- looking good -- and appreciated changes over the last year (hp icons, etc)
- looks for answers but is shy to ask questions
- encouraged him to ask as well
Amy Phillips @ PG
- Difficult to sign in (turned out to be an issue of signing into SSO on JMP.com, then going back to the community and seeing "Sign In," not realizing she just needed to refresh or click it to be signed in
- Had to show her where the PG sign in was; I should really make the GROUPS icon the Private Support icon when applicable.
- Was frustrated about the IDEAS needing votes; I suggested she put together a lunch where upvoting the most useful is the focus so they can, as PG, say, "these are the ones we think are most important"

- JMP Subreddit -- add some links to the community and major answers, and look for questions. Make it look like an official subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/jmp)
- Community "looks old" (corporate) but works well and is well organized, works really fast and gives all the data you need in front of you
- What are the most common questions being asked, here's a chart, here's the links
