한 번에 여러 컬럼 / 유전자의 위험 비율과 p 값을 반환하는 스크립트를 만드는 방법이 있는지 알고 싶습니다.
여러 줄 (유전자)과 여러 줄 (환자)이있는 파일이 있다는 뜻입니다. 나는 100 개의 유전자를 분석해야하는데,이 유전자의 발현 값은 UP- 또는 DOWN- 규제로 분류되어 있으며 대화 상자에서 매번 다른 유전자를 선택할 필요없이 한꺼번에 위험도를 얻고 싶습니다. 스크립트 편집기를 사용하지만 원하는 각 열에 대해이 기능을 자동화 할 수 없습니다.

Since the genes are responses, you would put all of them into the Y section of Fit Model. You do not have to put them one at a time. Select them all in the Select Columns section can drag and drop them into Y.

Fit XY가 아닌 Fit Proportiona Hazard 모드를 사용하여 150 개 이상의 유전자 (상향 조절 대 하향 조절)에 대한 위험 비율 (사망 및 사망까지의 시간)을 계산해야합니다.
다음은 플랫폼입니다. 일반적으로 하나의 "유전자"또는 변수를 상자에 넣으면 해당 유전자에 대한 RR을 얻을 수 있습니다. 여러 개의 유전자 또는 변수를 입력하면 각 변수에 대해 단일 RR이 아닌 다중 변수 모델을 얻을 수 있습니다.

Try Stacking all 150 genes. You will have two new columns. Something like Gene Name and Direction. Then use the By field to put the gene name in there and then the direction in teh Model Effects section. You will get a single fit for each gene.
