Discovery Wins and Account Intelligence
Multiple Accounts
- Seagate
- Seagate wins from Discovery 2018
- - Ted said to me he really had a better understanding of JMP as a company, the attention we pay to customers, that we as a company really care about enabling people to use JMP and analytics.
- - Deeper understanding of how JMP listens to customers. Very impressed with John Sall’s interest in hearing from customers during lunch. Realize they probably need to be tracking JMP use better to be able to participate in this.
- - FDE - want to get a working group together to run JMP Pro and try this out! “A solution to a problem they have had for years”. Action plan - Ted will have people watch Mastering webex, look at Discovery Talks, have us present at internal JMP user group Dec 14th, run JMP Pro trial when ready (30 day window, holidays coming up)
- - CUSUM talk by development staff. Ted already changed his teaching materials to include this. CUSUM is generated in wafer operations by automated software, being able to do this in JMP for trouble shooting and understanding is powerful.
- - Recurrence analysis talk - sent the talk to a few people and Ted is going to present to their management soon so they can implement this in their group - improve the decision making they are already doing with data
