Happenings since Last Status Meeting
New team members—
- Jeff Perkinson and Stan Koprowski have joined the team.
- Jeff will participate as a technical resource
- Stan will be serving as the project manager and business analyst
- Stan spent the past week meeting as many of the team members that were available, reviewing existing artifacts, and describing his role and process we will adopt moving forward.

Work Context diagramming session—Scope definition
Briefly, the work context diagram shows us the work that will be studied as a single series of steps (process) and the data connections and interactions to the adjacent systems, organizations, subject matter experts, people, documents that might have an impact on the requirements for the product.

New Issues/Action Items
Team discussion—
Proposed approaches for requirements gathering and requirements definition. Stan will introduce a series of models that will be used for primarily communicating the scope, prioritizing the work using business use cases and product use cases. Additional models will be utilized as necessary and may include, data and activity flow diagrams, data dictionaries, CRUD checks and many others.
Stakeholder identification—
Additional stakeholders have been identified that might be impacted by the project. Stan will be reaching out to them to gather additional details.
