I'm new to JMP. Is there a way to eliminate this message please? Perhaps a setting somewhere I have not found yet?

That warning is coming from the JMP Add-in for Microsoft Excel.

It's there because transferring a large number of rows using the add-in can be time consuming. With that much data it's usually faster to use File->Open in JMP to import the Excel file directly.

Unfortunately, the threshold for this warning message is hardcoded at 10,000 rows and there's no way to avoid it.

I can't find this dialog in JMP. After the table opens, do you see an OnOpen script? Use the red triangle to edit it and see what it does.

My process has been to create the new table using the Add-in in Excel. I will use File->Open in future.
