This is the draft journal I created for a live webinar about DOE for QbD, that I performed some weeks ago with a partner. At the end we decided to use another example, but I thought it may be useful for the SE community anyway.
It is based on the two DOE examples included in the paper Speeding Up Formulation Development: QbD principles etc. , that you will find attached and referenced in the journal.
The first is a Screening example (Paracetamol) and the second is a Mixture Optimization one (Chlorphenamine).
They are furtherly described in Snee-Hoerle "Strategies for Formulations Development" SAS Store book: Strategies for Formulations Development: A Step-by-Step Guide Using JMP® - Roger Hoerl ,Ronald Snee .
I suggest you to read the 9-page paper, if not possible in the journal you can find a section "Notes for SEs" with a quick summary of it, as well as some tips on how to run the demos.
