Failure test cases

Traceability MatrixRe: Traceability Matrix

Hi.   Contacts have been added to the accounts in the Sandbox.   I am still building the bridge to Orion to append the contact id's to the contact records.   Once that is complete (1 day), I will append any contact information needed from Orion to the Salesforce record.

Re: Traceability Matrix

Added accounts from Japan.   I will still need to add the contacts for those accounts.

Re: Traceability MatrixHi Stan,
As mentioned on the phone, I do think we still need a sampling of several countries in AP. Since I started with Japan after the Americas I added a sampling of the rest of the AP. Todd indicated he, Luke, and Tina would do EMEA, so that is why I have not added any site numbers to the traceability Matrix. I will be glad to do whatever is needed.
Thanks! Kathy
Re: Traceability Matrix

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the efforts to date.  We are making some great progress here.  But I want to do a reality check before proceeding any further.

We have identified many test cases at the country level. I have some questions regarding the granularity of our planned testing in particular-- is this to low of a level for our planned testing?

At the moment we have no test cases identified for EMEA, UK.  I would think this would be of higher priority then an upgrade of JMP/G in Australia.

Perhaps our testing should be at the geo division with an emphasis on identifying accounts with a higher N or count of transactions?

Thoughts?

Re: Traceability Matrix

Thanks Carol.

We will continue to add to the matrix.  @kathycobb and @ashley_prince please begin to think about adding additional test cases to cover the scenario described above by Carol.

Re: Traceability Matrix

I would like to see included in this list of Test Cases - Standard Upgrades (all mentioned above) with Secondary Opportunities.  Generally with Standard upgrades, splits are primarily are "in-country".  For example, two territories in the "UNITED STATES" splitting credit.
