Subject line: Please Upload Your Discovery Summit Poster
Dear [First Name],
We are excited for your upcoming poster presentation at Discovery Summit!
We have created a space in the JMP User Community for paper and poster presenters to share materials. Now we need you to upload your poster. Note that this is a separate action from sending in your poster for presentation at the conference; now we are asking you to share your poster with the larger JMP community.
Here’s how to upload your poster:
- Visit the JMP User Community at community.jmp.com and log in.
- After logging in, click “Resources” then “Discovery Summit Series” in the top navigation bar and select “JMP Discovery Summit Europe 2016”.
- Click the orange “Upload Poster” button in the right column.
- Under “Document or file,” click to select your file or drag and drop to add your file. You can upload either the PowerPoint or PDF version.
- Under “Description,” you may put your poster title, abstract, authors, affiliation and any other information about the file.
- Under “Categories,” choose which categories apply to your poster content.
- Click the blue “Publish” button to finish.
- After you’ve published, be sure to look at the posting to ensure that your content appears appropriately. If it doesn’t, edit the post and upload your document in an alternative format.
You must be a member of the User Community (and be logged in) to upload your poster. So please join, if you haven’t already. (We know that you meant to join by now) The User Community is a great place to ask your JMP questions and exchange files with other users.
Upload your Discovery Summit poster today, if you can. We would like to have all files uploaded by 15 February.
Thank you, and see you soon!
Sincerely,
Maria
