Subject line: Please Upload Your Discovery Summit Europe Paper
Dear [First Name],
We are excited for your upcoming paper presentation at Discovery Summit!
We have created a space in the JMP User Community for paper and poster presenters to share materials. Now we need you to upload your paper, slides and/or any other files related to your presentation that you want to share. This shares your presentation with the larger JMP community.
To make it easier for you, we have already created a document in the User Community for your paper. The document lists the title and author(s) of each presentation, and your abstract. We’d like you to attach your files to the document for your presentation.
Here’s how:
- Visit the JMP User Community at community.jmp.com and log in.
- After logging in, click “Resources” then “Discovery Summit Series” in the top navigation bar and select “JMP Discovery Summit Europe 2016”.
- Look for your presentation listed under “Recent Content” in the Discovery Summit Europe 2016 space.
- Click your presentation title to open the document, and then choose “Edit” from the “ACTIONS” menu on the right. (If the Edit action isn’t available, you’re not logged in.)
- Replace the abstract of your paper with the full text of your paper, in addition, attach the paper, presentation, and any other supporting materials (JMP data tables, journals, etc.), if possible.
- Click the “Attach” link (beside the paper clip icon at the bottom of the edit box) and select the files you want to add to the document.
- Click the blue “Publish” button to finish.
Note that you must be a member of the User Community (and be logged in) to attach your files to the document. So please join, if you haven’t already. (We know that you meant to join by now J) The User Community is a great place to ask your JMP questions and exchange files with other users.

Upload your Discovery Summit files as soon as you can. Please try to have all files uploaded by 15 February. We will be announcing this resource during the conference, so you will want to have your material available.
