Access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Premium?

I noticed that most of the sales team has access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or Premium? Can anybody guide me on how to get access? I have found this to be very helpful in previous roles.

Many Account Execs and Sales Managers use the LinkedIn Sales Navigator to help with lead management. Dan Durkin for example successfully used it for US Beacon Accounts. It is a subscription sales tool service for SAS that can be requested over them SAS Social Media Resource Portal at http://sww.sas.com/social/channels-101/linkedin/linkedin-sales-navigator/.
