Logistic regression Employee Retention Case Study?

A professor teaching a graduate course on statistical models for managers would like to use a case study on employee retention to teach logistic regression.  He's looking for both a write-up that tells the story and a data set.  Any know of an example we can freely share?  I see some similar examples in the Technical Reference Library but looking for something we can share with this professor and his students.

Don't know of any employee retention data sets that would be good to show regression.  But one thought might be to take the Credit Card Churn data set that was used in Pro (so lots of good regression in it) and edit it up to be an employee retention data set since both had to do with retention.
