Wha's the formula of Density Ellipse, is it the same as Youden Plot used in interlaboratory comparisons?

A client from NIFDC (National Institutes For Food And Drug Control) asked how to draw a Youden plot via JMP. I've looked at the standard formula of Youden plot based on ISO 13528, and tried to draw the ellipse using the formula. While I found it is quite similar to the Density Ellipse provided by FIT BY X platform (Or graph builder platform).

Below is the formula used to draw a Youden Plot, does someone know WHAT is the Density Ellipse formula? Whether the those two plots are the same? If yes, client could use it directly without additional scriping development.
