Clinical research reports, submissions and analysis data are all affected by existing regulations, intended to streamline the transmission between sponsors and regulatory authorities.However, at the time such regulations were created, detailed information required for cancer immunity research could not be assumed.With advances in science technology on antibodies, sponsors are rapidly adopting new biological objects with existing small molecules and other treatments to cope with various cancers.For this reason, all stakeholders are increasing in complexity.We will look at some examples and focus on the specificity arising from regulatable interpretations such as ICH, RECIST, CDISC.
