Changing Individual Text Item Fonts on Graphs

Question

Comment and question from a customer.

The problem with Control/Shift/+ is that it changes fonts on everything.  I
also tried file->preferences, same problem… is there a way that you can just
modify individual (text) elements of the graph in JMP,  is that even
possible?

Hi Bill,

The group headers reside in a GraphBuilderGroupBox, which do not appear to take messages re: changing fonts.

The histograms and their labels each reside in a framebox. To get the fonts larger here, I think you would need to create the graph without labels, then loop through the frameboxes, adding text above each bar using the desired font size.

This would be doable, if not fun, on a graph where all the groups were on one "page", horizontally speaking. If not, the frameboxes are reused as you move through the pages, so each time an arrow was clicked, the work would have to be redone. Not feasible in my opinion.

Hi Bill, The Axis Font can be control individually, but the titles are controlled by the Preferences for Graph Builder. If you want a scripting solution, then I am sure it is possible to have more control, but I am not sure how much control you want. In Overlay Plot, you can right click on the titles and control the fonts. Where are you looking to change the fonts?
